Sony the manufacturer of the famous PS 3 has just announced the latest 3.0 Firmware update of the Play station 3. To those who have PS3 it is now time to upgrade the firmware of your PS3. Upgrading your firmware bring something new functionality or fixes to your PS3.

1.XMB has been slightly redesigned
2.The info board has been replaced with “What’s New”. It will come up as first thing when you start up your PS3, and will be updated regularly.
3.The Playstation Store icon has been added in the Games section.
4.There’s a video icon that will take you to the video section of the Playstation Store.
5.There are sparkles bouncing on the background. If you don’t like the new look of the XMB, you can switch to the old classic look in the Theme section.
